Induction Sealing – Pillar

Maintenance: Preventive Maintenance (PM), for Pillar Induction

Inverter: Check the fan and heat sink for accumulation of dust carefully blow out with DRY compressed air.
Remote Panel: No scheduled maintenance. Do not use solvents to clean.
Coil Support: Clean the lead screw if it accumulates dust. Silicon spray on the screw threads helps keep the crank turning smoothly.
Coil: If the coil is routinely mounted and dismounted, check the condition of the tapped holes at the power connection. See that the water connection fittings are in good order.
Water Cooler: Periodically remove dust from the radiator with compressed air. heck the water filter for sediment and clean or replace as necessary. Periodically empty and flush the warer reservoir.
Check water weekly. Top off as needed.
